Those newspapers were mislead. In a meeting last night with Acting GCEO, he has confirmed that both revenue and listenership for Lotus FM has gone down, not up as Ms. Samuels told one newspaper.
Revenue from April 2009 to August 2009 decreased by 12%.
Listenership from August 2008 to August 2009 decreased by 54 000 listeners,
Not good news for advertisers. The effect of the poor management of the station is starting to show clearly now.
So we losing listeners AND revenue, and Top Management is doing... what????
